Jonathan is a Solicitor and the Senior Partner of Rowland Tildesley & Harris. He was educated locally and joined the firm in 1977 and was made partner in 1982. He has extensive experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, inheritance tax planning, Wills and Probate and elderly client advice. He acts for private individuals and businesses both locally and nationally and for developer and investor clients 
 
John J. Easter
Partner
John is a Solicitor and Partner in the firm. John qualified in 1977 and joined the firm in 1998 as partner. He is a former President of the Walsall Law Association. He has vast experience in residential and commercial conveyancing transactions and wills and probate matters. John also advises on a range of property related matters. He also has considerable experience in divorce and related ancillary relief and Children Act matters and is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel.  

Surbjit Kumar
Partner
Surbjit is a Solicitor and Partner in the firm. Surbjit trained with the firm after completing his Legal Practice Course. He qualified in 2002. He specialises in property law including residential conveyancing, commercial property transactions, leases and business purchases. He also has expertise in Landlord and Tenant law and advises and undertakes court action in this field. Surbjit speaks Punjabi and is very popular with clients from the Asian community. Surbjit also advises clients under the Licensing Act 2003 and undertakes personal and premises licence applications.   Surbjit is also a Notary Public after having completed his Diploma in Notarial Practice with the University of Cambridge. In his role as a Notary, Surbjit attests documents for use abroad.

Mitesh Lala
Assistant Solicitor
Mitesh is an Assistant Solicitor. Prior to joining the firm in 2005 he gained experience in litigation and he qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and now also specializes in residential property matters including sales and purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownership leases, re-mortgages and right to buy transactions. He also undertakes residential landlord and tenant possession actions as well as matrimonial work.
 
Amanda Simms
Legal Executive
Amanda is a Legal Executive. Amanda joined the firm in 2005 and is experienced in a wide range of family matters. These include divorce, ancillary relief, Children Act matters, civil partnerships, cohabitation disputes and other areas of matrimonial issues.
